Shipping Policy (Event Tickets)

This Shipping Policy applies to events offering physical tickets through Astonishing Event Planning.

Mailing of Physical Tickets

  • Physical tickets will be mailed within 14 business days of the order date.

  • Tickets are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) using a traditional U.S. postage stamp.

  • Delivery times are determined by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Customers will be required to provide a mailing address at checkout for events offering physical tickets.

  • The checkout page will clearly state that tickets are being shipped via U.S. Mail.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete mailing address.

  • Astonishing Event Planning] is not responsible for tickets delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address information.

Lost Tickets in the Mail

If a physical ticket is lost in the mail, customers must contact Astonishing Event Planning as soon as possible.

  • Once the order is verified, a duplicate ticket will be issued at no cost.

  • The duplicate ticket may be:

    • Held at the event check-in under the purchaser’s name, or

    • Reissued digitally (such as a photo copy) at our discretion.

Orders Placed Close to the Event Date

If a physical ticket is purchased within 6 days of the event:

  • A photo of the ticket will be sent via text message within 48 hours of purchase.

  • The physical ticket will be held at the door under the purchaser’s name for event entry.
     

Refund Policy (Event Tickets)

24-Hour Refund Window

Event ticket purchases are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of the original order time.

After 24 Hours

  • After the 24-hour window has passed, all ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are nonrefundable, including for:

    • Schedule conflicts

    • Illness

    • Travel issues

    • Weather (unless the event is canceled by us)
       

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled or officially rescheduled by Astonishing Event Planning, ticket holders will be notified and provided with information regarding credits, transfers, or refunds as determined for that event.
